Privacy Policy
Draft for review. Owner controlled. Private by default. Evidence supported.
Private by default
Nothing you enter on RealLife Record is public until you publish it. Draft records, private documents, valuations and reputation cases are visible only to you and to the people you explicitly grant access to.
Documents
Files in RealLife Vault are stored privately, are never publicly listed, and are served only through short-lived signed links. Every view and download is written to an access log that the record owner can read.
Sensitive fields
Legal name, contact details and other sensitive fields are withheld from anonymous visitors at the database level, not only in the interface.
Reputation and evidence
Evidence captures, cases, mentions and source reviews are private working records. They are never published automatically, and publication requires an explicit safety review by the owner.
Financial information
RealLife Value data is private. A Financial Snapshot is published only in the disclosure mode the owner selects, and the underlying detail is never exposed.
Access by other people
Reviewers, contributors and other grantees see only what their assignment or grant covers. Access can be time limited and can be revoked at any time.
Audit history
Actions on a record are written to an immutable audit log so that the history of the record stays verifiable. Historical entries are not rewritten, including entries recorded under a previous product name.
