Draft for review. These terms describe how RealLife Record is intended to operate and are not a substitute for legal advice.

Ownership of a record

A record on RealLife Record belongs to the person it describes. Visitors cannot edit a profile, upload allegations, leave comments, assign scores or submit anonymous claims about another person.

Verification policy

Verification applies only to the specific identity, record, document, or fact described. It does not verify every statement on a profile. Findings are recorded by independent reviewers, are permanent once submitted, and may be revoked by the issuing reviewer or a platform administrator.

Reviewer terms

A reviewer accepts an assignment with a defined scope, may not change that scope, and may not be directed to a particular conclusion by the profile owner. A submitted finding cannot be edited or deleted; a corrected finding is recorded as a new revision.

Contributor terms

A trusted contributor may submit material to a record they have been invited to. Every submission is a draft until the profile owner approves it. Contributors do not gain publication rights.

Correction-request policy

Anyone may request a correction to a published fact. Requests are screened, must be factual, and require a verified email address. A correction request is a private message to the owner, not a public post, and does not create a public dispute record.

Reputation-review methodology

RealLife Reputation measures a source's accountability, the evidence supporting a claim, and the resulting claim support separately. There is no universal personal reputation score. An unverified anonymous or pseudonymous source scores 0.0/10. An anonymous claim with no authenticated evidence, corroboration or firsthand basis scores 0.0/10, and an anonymous statement alone cannot exceed 2.0/10 without independently authenticated evidence. Repetition does not equal independent corroboration.

Removal-request limitations

RealLife Reputation helps prepare, submit and track requests to platforms and search engines. It does not guarantee removal, suppression or any search ranking, and it does not perform reputation manipulation, reputation erasure or censorship. Outcomes are decided entirely by the receiving platform.

Financial Snapshot disclaimer

A RealLife Value Financial Snapshot is an owner-published estimate derived from owner-supplied information. It is not an audit, an appraisal, a valuation opinion for a transaction, or a financial statement, and it must not be relied on for lending, investment or legal purposes.
